A Deeper Look at Literacy

Report cards will be coming home soon, so I wanted to share a little about our Literacy program here at WES and in our whole county of Isle of Wight!  Mrs. Cooprider is a close friend of mine and she is the Literacy Coach for our County. These are very short clips but I feel like they will be helpful.

This week our focus was on the Forest Ecosystem.  We discussed plants and animals in that Ecosystem.  We also talked about Groundhog's since it was almost Groundhog Day.  We even made special headbands which I hope made it home.  :)
